We work with clients across the public and private sector to advance the rights of working people and their unions. Our lawyers have extensive experience in every aspect of labour law including:

• grievance arbitration,

• Labour Relations Board applications,

• contract negotiation,

• human rights complaints. 

We run cases collaboratively with clients, including by co-counseling with union reps, to build capacity within the union to navigate these processes independently. We also offer monthly retainers to act as external general counsel for union clients with more substantive legal needs.

Our goal is always to strengthen the union through through application of the law and legal proceedings.
